This 100,000 BTU natural gas fryer is reliable and durable. The Master Jet burner system's distribute heat evenly and temperature probe senses temperature changes and activates burner response. At the botton of the fryer, the large cold zone collects cooking sediment. Those sediment are collect in the cold zone where they cannot carbonize preventing oil contamination.
